First Saturdays of the month, we Move with J at 1045am!
Join Move with J on Saturday, May 4th at 10:45am for a high energy and fun filled training session. She’s so much fun to be around around, it doesn’t feel like a workout!
This will be a cardio and strength, bodyweight high intensity interval class. Improve your cardio and muscular endurance with this full body workout.
Please bring water and a towel or mat for core work and stretch at the end of the session.
