This will be a cardio and strength, bodyweight high intensity interval class. Improve your cardio and muscular endurance with this full body workout.
Please bring water and a towel or mat for core work and stretch at the end of the session.
We have a capacity of 10 people for this class. Masks are not required. Please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable as this is a judgement free movement space.
